Don’t know. I wanted to get in the 160’s by year end which is about where my weight was as a H.S. Senior. Depends on my type of activity going forward. If I take up jogging/running full time I may drop in the 150’s. If I incorporate strength training I may go back to the 170’s. I really don’t know how my body weight will fluctuate based on the mix of exercise activity. Strength training of course is the best option but I would like to have a good balance for exercise.That is absolutely impressive. What is your target weight?
