First time weighing in since 6/11/21. Broke my foot back in July, so was sedentary and then let loose over the holidays. I could definitely tell that I gained weight, based on how my clothes fit and how I looked. I’ve been on the right track since the new year and was pleasantly surprised with my weight today. I’d bet that I’ve dropped around 10 lbs since the new year began. Shooting for around 190 as my ideal weight.

That is absolutely impressive. What is your target weight?
Don’t know. I wanted to get in the 160’s by year end which is about where my weight was as a H.S. Senior. Depends on my type of activity going forward. If I take up jogging/running full time I may drop in the 150’s. If I incorporate strength training I may go back to the 170’s. I really don’t know how my body weight will fluctuate based on the mix of exercise activity. Strength training of course is the best option but I would like to have a good balance for exercise.
