It is good to see that so many of you made it through the holidays and are doing well.
I took a three-month hiatus and tried to not to weigh myself over the holidays because I was not disciplined at all with my diet. Gained more weight than I had anticipated (A LOT MORE) but that is what happens when you go through too many Pepperidge Farm Double Chocolate Milano's and all of the other goodies that kept seductively calling my name. I have been working hard since 1/1/22 to get back on track.
I think that I want to stay somewhere between 170-175. Best wishes to all of you on meeting your goals.

Current: 204.6
Goal: 190 (haven’t been there since college - 10 years ago)

I wasn’t going to post anything here, but wanted to say you and I have a similar goal. My heaviest was 212 post holidays, currently at 202 (post workout, pre breakfast,) with a goal of getting back into the 180s…at least 190s.

Lowest was 162.9 about the 3rd week in January(Not a Friday).

Calorie intake 2463 calories per day. I guess that was about breakeven for me with the exercise I did during the week.
