Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/30/24)

I started exercising 5 hours a week after 4th of July week. I also improved my diet - got rid of chips and other greasy fried foods and worked on portion control. Here’s been the results:

July 9 - 219
July 16 - 218
July 23 - 215
July 30 - 210
August 6 - 212 (no exercise this week - vacation)
August 13 - 210
August 20 - 207

Calories Avg= 2792
Spent three days eating pizza and birthday cake leftovers since Monday( Mom’s 87th). Begged guests to take leftovers with them but few did. Sometimes you have to do the dirty work yourself.

Oh well, Next couple of days will be 1200 calorie days.
