I'm up to 205 and I'm having the same issue. My only solution has been to drastically up my exercise and I just got an exercise bike. I'm not looking fat really but I'm turning into a bowling ball. Need to manage the cals bad.
I struggle with calorie intake also. I’ve started to brush my teeth and/or rinse my mouth with mouthwash when I get hungry and that kills my appetite. At least for awhile.
