The idea that these men being "tough" is a positive, is part of the issue with youth sports. You have a bunch of unqualified idiots trying to prove their manhood by running "tough" drills.

Someone on that show is going to get killed. You don't line kids up and have them run at each other full speed from ten yards apart.
