Agreed. I only watch games at a bar if I'm in Knoxville on the strip. Even "Tennessee" bars in other cities just don't hit as well.

I really hope the Cardinals can put the Padres away today. I don't think they can make much noise in the next round, but it's better than going home after this one.

Oh, did you hear that Mr. and Mrs Pig broke up?

I was working all day, listened to the Braves on the radio, loved it! The NFL game tonight looks like a dud and not even many fantasy relevant players either. Luckily i wont watch most of it, I'll be at a dinner party for a friend.

As for Saturday, I'll be watching it at home, probably with some trusty ol' Zaxby's.

As for these threads on Thursdays, i understand it and now that you've started it and we won you can't stop until we lose but it makes me feel like it's Friday instead of Thursday lol.

Being selfish, does anyone think Cade comes back in 2021 for his senior year to possibly have one full year playing Guard beside his brother if Cooper takes over at Center, and Kennedy decides not to come back? Or, does he put his name in the NFL draft after three years period?

Been a Cards fan all my life....My first in person game was in 1958 at Sportsman Park. And I agree....The Cards are so up and down with pitching and hitting I don't see them going far....Go Cards.

I gotta work! But there was good news on the Joevol33 front today. Took my wife to a specialist in Augusta, and she is gonna try to help her without surgery! That helps me feel better even though I'm bummed I'll miss tge game.

Currently watching AJ Johnson playing for Denver, got an appointment with a big offensive lineman and his family tomorrow night then it's game time Sat! I'll probably run down to Bol Weevil's old Barbeque shack and get some brisket to have during the game. Bol Weevil is dead and gone but was quite the character, he once drove a tractor from Tennessee to Washington D.C. and drove it into the big Forest Gump reflecting pool during a farmers protest way back when.

I went once. They put a hair on my burger. Then offered a free dessert. The girl I was with was a bit of a ...b, but it worked out here as she spoke up with “he doesn’t want dessert, he wants his food for free!” Haha. She just so happened to be right. I didn’t want free dessert.

Finished loading up the camper, heading to Lake Hartwell in SC for a 10 days tomorrow morning. Bought a satellite to make sure I got to see the game.
