That sounds freaking amazing.Chopping up Trinidad Scorpions and Ghost Peppers tonight. WOW, the fumes in the house. And only chopping a few. Going to mix with Vidalia Onions, cabbage, green tomatoes and make and old timey fermented chow chow recipe. Will be seriously hot but fantastic with pinto beans, turnip greens, fried taters and cornbread. Will be great on a cold day this coming winter.
Good luck. There wasn't many deer where I grew up in Kentucky, back then. There's plenty now, even elk, people used to have to travel to deer hunt.Deer hunting in Kentucky in the morning and then getting ready to watch some Tennessee Football! Gonna have fried pork chops, pinto beans, and cornbread tomorrow! Go Vols!!!
Now, I know you’re among those who consume that Kentucky barrel aged whiskey, and I can sympathize if you want to support a state whose major university football team (and lately, basketball team) so often lose to the Volunteers, but the Nelson Brothers have revived their great grandfather’s distillery. Try some of their award winning products.Me? Havin some Smoked Tuna and Smoked Trout washed down with some Kentucky Brown Juice…

Mine are hot. I have a special blend of soil comprised of composted chicken litter and a sand/silt mixture dredged out of the river. It drains really good so regardless of weather they usually do well. I have plants in a raised bed too. They are about 5-6 feet tall and 4 feet across. This soil grows great peppers.Another pepper farmer? Didn't know there was another cursed soul on the board
Your peppers less "spicy" this year for some reason? I made a small pot of chili earlier this week with 2 Ghost and one Scorpion. I expected it eat the spoon, but it was rather bland.
@Freak is MIA...so Whatchyadoin? Whatchyaeatin? Whereyawatchin the game tomorrow...or other plans?
