BAKING POWDER!!!!!!! THAT IS A MUST! Sorry for the caps. No baking soda, POWDER POWDER POWDER! Huge difference, also no, do not add it to the sauce, it must be added before you cook them. Wash off the wings, Pat em dry, and then add the baking powder and salt) pepper. Toss em in whatever sauce u like. I use traditional Frank's, some butter, a shake or ten if Tabasco, and a small hit if garlic powder
