Getting trashed on Finebaum today.

Clemson, Texas, Oklahoma and Pittsburgh are all too high. None of them have proven, high quality QB's. I doubt Auburn will be the 2nd best team in the SEC West too.

Texas and Auburn way too high. Clemson will end up ranked pretty high but wont be as good as their final ranking.

My thoughts are Finebaum is smarter than several give him credit for being. He’s not worried about being right he’s worried about generating conversation amongst his viewers.

This is not his list. It’s ESPN’s list. That being said my son could have come up with a better list at 12 years old. Clemson and Pitt may have decent records because they play in a crappy conference. Auburn will do well to have a winning record. What a joke of a list.

I listened to the first 10 minutes today and he basically said the list was garbage within the first 30’seconds of the program. I think everyone is also forgetting that in another ESPN S&P whatever metric poll they had us at #9. That SEC Podcast said that Vegas come out with our over/under at 8.5 on the season . That basically means we have to get out of September unscathed. We should do that. But that’s never stopped us before.
