Bad parenting is caused by people who shouldn't be allowed to procreate and populate society. You should have a certain IQ to be able to have a kid and pass a parenting class with certificate.

I watched the freakonmics documentary over the weekend. They made some great points over this kind of stuff. I had never really though about it, but they tied the recent pattern of decrease in crime rate in the 90' and now, they tied it to roe vs wade. It was something I've never thought about before. I don't really have a side on it. I see points from both views.
