siap

Most of you probably don't remember him, but he was a great player back in the mid 60's. I just found out today that he passed away this past Monday. He was my dentist, and even though I haven't been going to him very long, he was excellent! He made you actually enjoy going to the dentist..lol. He was an even greater person from what little bit I did know about him. He will definitely be missed.

I knew Nick well over 40 years ago. I have not crossed paths with him since. He was always a quality individual and I am saddened.

Dr Nick was my dentist from the time i was 8 until the day he passed away, and I grew up with his cousins. He was a true Southern Gentleman and the last of a dying breed. The one thing I will always remember about him is that after talking to him about anything down through the years he always left you feeling upbeat and optimistic.
He was a Man among men and will be deeply missed. He understood the true meaning of bleeding Orange.

I was shocked when I found this out today. Had he been sick? I went to him last back in July.

Wow..that is so sad. I know I won't find a dentist that is as good as he was! I remember him always being so happy and upbeat and always saying things to make you laugh. He cared so much for his patients.

yes its a deep loss for everyone in Knoxville whether they happened to be a patient or not. I never met anyone in the 35 yrs I knew him ever say a bad thing about the man. The world is a little bit darker tonight without him in it. He wasn't a big bama fan lol hopefully the boys can reach down and send the tide back to bama hurt and with their season in a shambles, I imagine Nick would be grinning from ear to ear if that happens.
