Seems like a weird dude, but most folks that reach that level of success in their field tend to be a bit weird. I like his concept and thoughts on the facility though.

Fitzgerald may well be the most important assistant Pruitt hired.

He'll spend more time with these players than anyone else and the team needs all the toughening up it can get.

I always thought Jones having the team Sprint at the end the quarter to the other the field was downright all-time stupid .. Especially when down by 30 or 40

Most everything Jones did was stupid.

I still don't understand what he hoped to accomplish firing an S&C guy before the season, replacing him with an assistant, then hiring a buddy who needed a job for the position.

Anybody ever seen footage of Scott Cochran, Alabama's S&C coach? Widely considered to be the best in the business. He's insane and/or has a huge cocaine habit.
