We need to normalize emergency mental health.

If you do something incredibly selfish and dumb and break your leg, there's no shame in going to the ER and no stigma if you don't "just keep this inside and not show it" and "be a man about it."

If you do something incredibly selfish and dumb and you're eaten by guilt, there should be no shame in going to the ER and getting your head back on straight.

A terrible leg break may result in a life changing, career changing limp, but it's not a reason for suicide.
