We decided NOT to go to Lexington today. Instead I will spend quality time doing other things.

Decided not to go to Tuscaloosa either and FORCED myself to not watch one snap on TV. Made myself leave the house.

I am continuing this trend today. Not only, not going, I'm not watching.

Going to games the last 34 years of my life I NEVER thought I would do this ever. I feel sorry for the players, but all I know to do as a consumer is not consume a product I'm not happy with. At all.

This isn't easy. In fact it sucks. It's painful to watch and almost more painful to not watch. Only because of my loyalty, dedication, money, time and effort. UT football is a way of life (used to be).

I stuck it out and suffered through the Dooley years. I never thought it would ever be this bad again. It's bad. It's sad. THERE IS NEARLY COMPLETE APATHY RUNNING THROUGH THE FAN BASE.

I understand where you are coming from with frustration and apathy. I decided as well not to attend Neyland this season. But I can't bring myself not to watch. Only so many times to watch the Vols each year, even if they are a dumpster fire.

I hate admiting it to be honest but I don't care anymore if Super Fan calls me names and claims I'm not a fan. Super Fan hasn't been as dedicated to UT as I have both financially and just pure time and effort as I have been invested. So, kiss my ass Super Fan, you are further hurting the program. Which, in turn, hurts the school itself.....

Well, at least we won't see JK up the middle twice, an errant pass 5 yd.s short of the marker, and a punt. It'll be someone else, all the same.

Only thing you are proving is there is "complete apathy running through you." If you take Tennessee losing in football this seriously, you do need to step away from it.

Why haven't you just been a life long Vandie fan then if you like watching teams lose week in and week out. You people kill me. You're okay with this? I'm fine, I'm doing productive things with my time. Instead of supporting a loser....Butch Jones.....

Definitely watching the game and rooting for the Vols. I hope we win out. I'll go to the bowl game if we have a winning season. Losses hurt. I believe you learn a lot from losing. I believe the injured and negative/hater fans contributed as much to the losses as poor play calling or coaching. Young players are not executing like seniors and juniors should. Duh.

I am like MADBAMA, I won't watch a down. I have been a fan since having to fine tune in the dial on my old AM radio. Only u old timers will know what I mean about tuning the dial in on a radio. That is how long I have followed the VOLS. But life is to short to be PI$$ED OFF about what a bunch of teenagers do on a football field. If I watch I will be mad as heck and ruin the weekend for myself and my family. Still rooting for them, just can not blow a gasket over a crap-tastic ballgame. GBO

I’ll watch, at least for awhile. Not sure I can stomach watching a beating from Kentucky if things get bad though.
