From what I've evaluated, (prices, service, scam jobs, and the good hotels being sold out!!) the best bet is to try and get out of city limits... If my assumption is wrong please, shine light on the subject.....

Crack and hookers. Is that enough?:hi:

...and I am in the market for neither. Thanks for the info. I actually used google earth to check out the area and you could see what appeared to be some homeless "lodgings" under the nearest overpass and what must have been either a Bible salesman or a crack dealer under the same overpass.

I have my tickets already, just need to make room reservations.

Airport area has some nice hotels at decent prices and not too far from Downtown. There are some nice hotels Downtown but your gonna pay big $$$. I am at the Embassy Downtown location and it runs about 239$ a night...

$239 a night?!?!? Wow!!! Way more than I'm willing to spend. I may just head back toward Knoxville and find a hotel for the night.

I have booked a room at this hotel. What type of transportation is available to the MCB?
