Yep, he deserves 4 years.

and believe he deserves another year, I have a sincere question to ask and it is this:

If Tennessee loses to Kentucky again this year, will you still think he deserves another year?

I know this may seem like a retread of other threads, but I am being specific about one game. Let's say there is no Gruden talk and Tennessee wins out the rest of the year but loses to Kentucky again. Will you be willing to give him another shot in 2013?

I'll hang up and listen.

Man we Fixin beat these next four like a Hebrew slave and get to a bowl. He will be our coach in 2013. We will not lose to Ky, good lord we're at home!! And we have 10 times the talent and we are playing as a unit!! No selfishness like it was last yrs ky game.

Not sure we need an anti-semitic joke for how bad we are going to beat Kentucky....not sure we are going to beat Kentucky bad either. With Dooley at the helm for 2013 we will be yet again another step behind the rest of the SEC.

If you rephrased the question to what if we lose all the last 4 games, you would probably get the same answer. Some people just love dooley more than UT. Why?

CDD is the HC of UT Vols and until that's not the case I'll support him and this team.

When the new Coach comes in, I'll support him as well.

Now lose to KY again, that support will be less but will still pull for them to win every Saturday

Done taking polls like this because your anti Dooley guys have gone to far in your pessimism. We will beat the last 4 teams on the schedule. I have come to the conclusion, that in your so wanting Dooley gone you would sacrifice this teams remaining season to get it. Regardless if he is fired or not, this team's achievements or success should come first despite what you feel about Dooley personally, that means you should cheer the players and boo Dooley when it is obvious it is him alone your booing. Since there are more fans outside of the Knoxville area and surrounding counties, maybe we should be the ones really polled by real pollster on the subject you'd probably get a fairer picture on what the greater fan base truly feels. For that matter our opinion should prevail when the fan base at large disagrees with the local fan base.

So I guess if your wife/husband was cheating on you, you'd stand by her/him until she/he left you? You know, she/he after all is your wife/husband..

I'm not sure how that's anti-Semitic. Maybe if there was a stereotypical description... but I think you might just have your panties in a bundle.

The next time you have a thought, you should just let it go.

I support Dooley and this team 100% !!!
That being said, if they drop one more game, including the bowl, I say it's time for a change.

Your point is bad as my ex's, she was great at accusing, when her accusations were really her attempt to throw suspicion off her cheating self. You already want another coach so campaign rant whatever in the end gets what you want and your like most Democrats in Washington you have no line you won't cross to achieve your goal moral or not to get. That is the way your sounding maybe it is not meant to be so harsh sounding but that is the way I'm reading what you just said.

Apples/Oranges.

If my wife was to cheat on me I have the choice to leave her or stay with her and be supportive of her but we're not talking about my wife but Vols Football Team.

My choice is to support the Vols and which includes the coach of the team. I'm not the AD of the school and he knows what it takes to turn a team around and make it a winner again. If I knew that I'd be an AD at some school. When the AD thinks that this coach can't get it done, he'll bring in someone else and I'll support that coach as long as he is at UT.

I have been disappointed after some of the games TN played and I was like many on here who wanted to bash CDD and the team for their performance but I didn't cause end of the day it's a game they tried and lost.

My kids play baseball and soccer and when they lose I don't bash them but show up to their next game and support the team, which includes the coach.

Ok, let me dumb this down for you..

The support of Derrick Dooley at this point, is to turn your back on the University of Tennessee!!!! Bammers and gaturds support Dooley, not TENNESSEE FANS!!!

A little tricky with your poll. You ask if they (Dooley believers) would still want him back in 2013, but poll says would you be done with him if lost. Just thought I would point that out. I am not a Dooley believer, so I thought I could bring an objective point.:)
