what does this do to recruiting?

Anyone close to the program, can you give an honest opinion of what this does to recruiting? I can easily see coaches having a edge recruiting against Butch after this game.

It's not good. Not only did we lose. We looked like we didn't care. Barnett and Jennings are the only guys who show any drive or emotion.

I only live 3 minutes from campus, I may be the closest unless someone is living on campus.

We have 20 3* commitments, don't think it will hurt our 3* recruiting

warrior needs to start the rest of the season.

This kid is fast and athletic. He has the it factor. He just needs experience.

I think this loss will hurt recruiting. Its one thing to lose to TAMU and Bama. We were severely injured. This game? Absolutely no excuse for the crap we saw on the field. Recruits want to see improvement and good coaching. Recruits saw neither of those coming off a bye week.

I am sure we will get some more 3*s that a lot of people will inevitably bring up the names Antonio Brown and Cam Sutton to compare to. We are 3*U and it shows.

Only time will tell but a smart 4* or 5* recruit should see the opportunity to get on the field faster.

They'll have to learn lots really fast but it's possible a few smart freshmen could get on the field fast with all the guys we'll lose after this season.

NSD is going to be interesting to watch.

Doubt we lose a single or highly touted 5 star recruits
😳

But another of the first years 4 star recruit may transfer to make room for another 3 star

The result of one game rarely affects recruiting in any way.

Touting early playing time to a recruit 5 years in shouldnt be considered a positive should it?

Recruits see BJ's body of work and turn and run as fast as they can.

Any smart 4-5* can see that we have plenty of 4-5* talent on this roster and this staff has completely wasted every bit of their talent. We won't get another 5*, unless it's a legacy, as long as debord and Mahoney are on the staff.

This wont hurt us, because the real talent wasnt coming here to play for Butch to begin with.
