Ive noticed that a lot of people are acting like every thing in tennessee football is going down and we have no upside. Does nobody remember that we hav a top ten recruting class comming in? I do, and I think that some of them will have an imidiate impact. Da'Rick ring a bell?

I think everyone is just upset with how far we have slid down, and we know how hard it is to get back up. It seems that we are just slipping on jagged rocks while our rivals do nothing but get better and better.

It's tough to be a Vols football fan right now. It's been tough for a while and it's going to be tough for a while, no doubt about it. Our rivals are just too good for us to be mediocre and continuously finish ahead of them. We play the BEST teams in the country every single season, and our program has fallen quite a bit.

Will we eventually be back to where we want to be? Yes, we will. But it's going to take time. Just look at Alabama. It took well over a decade for them to be competitive again. Sometimes it's just hard to be positive. We just need to focus on what we have going for us, what's coming in the future, and hopefully a stable coaching staff will bring it all together. Go Big Orange.

There is a new sky isn't falling thread every day....no not everyone on here thinks we are doomed. Actually it's just a select few who make the majority look bad.

Winning games and being able to beat your chest as you hurl insults at other SEC schools is great, but I mostly watch Tennessee football to see character and hard work on display. As long as I get to see some young men pour their hearts out for the orange and white and compete to their absolute limits, then the outcome of the game is secondary. Of course it makes it more fun to win, but it's also fun to watch character and growth.

we have no upside right now, with florida and bama on the schedule. dark days ahead for the vols.
