I still think it is a shame that Dane has had to play out of position in the past 2 years. Of course, he probably wouldn't be as appreciated by some if he played SF. He also had a decent shot before the wrist and shoulder injuries. Nothing like Lofton, but decent.

Just think how many assists he would have if he played at the point. He has made some awesome passes this year.

I hate to disagree, but he hit 6 3's in each of his first 2 years before playing the 4. Then he made 20 last year and 18 this year. Obviously that has to do with PT, but he wasn't exactly a threat at the G position, seeing as how he was a 26% shooter in those first 2 years.
