....to say that today has been glorious....:dance2: Would be a vast understatement...

I'm sure that was true last week for Vols living in the state of Florida. :hi:

Now, we need to do that for our friends living in Texas, then Alabama.......:good!:

Having a nice easy day watching the falcons make a statement against Carolina was really nice after yesterday. Best I've felt on a Saturday since last week :)

70% of the people I work with are Dawg fans. Many are alumni and/or season ticket holders. I'm the only VOLS fan. Tomorrow I will be wearing orange and smiling all day.

Have you stopped smiling today, OP? Pretty sure I haven't.

Go Vols

I left Sanford Stadium in complete shock.
Listened to Clemson game on way to Atlanta.
Then got online to see the catch and celebration vast numbers of times and to return texts and calls of other Vol fans basking in the joy.
Today, walked my dog at a big Atlpark.
I, of course, had on Orange and so did my dog..Vol dog collar. :good!:
I was very humble in my many exchanges with Dawg fans telling them how great their team played and how lucky we were to win....while, snicker :birgits_giggle:...thinking I hate ur mr Dumas team and ur stupid ugly stadium and fat ugly dog mascot and everything about you people.

Don't do it.Some one stole my bosses UGA figurine off his desk last year.Returned it a few days later a slightly different color. He went balistic threatened to fire the whole store.WE found out later it was a graduation gift from his deceased grand mother. Some times its best to let the sleeping Dawg lie.

I'll give you the opposite view from here in Nashville. I didn't get out many places today but most everywhere I went I saw a lot more Power Ts than usual. I think everyone here felt a little extra pride today.

I did see one guy who had on a UGA visor who was walking on a treadmill at the Maryland Farms YMCA this morning and his body language was definitely saying 'please smart off to me about the game so I can have an excuse to take a swing'. I left that dude to his thoughts.

Nah lol I kid. My boss is cool. He'd laugh about it. No chance he'd fire me.

If my most cherished memento from either of my grandmothers was a plastic figurine of a bulldog wearing a red sweater, I would immediately walk out of that trailer park, swear never to return, and settle on cherishing her memory without the aid of a physical reminder.

But that's just me.
