Okay, here goes. Look at the football programs versus basketball programs at the same school

1. USC Not in top 25 in basketball
2. Auburn "
3. Utah #15 in basketball
4. Oklahoma #22 in basketball
5. Texas Not in top 25 in basketball
6. Louisville #13 in basketball
7. Georgia Not in top 25 in basketball
8. Iowa "
9. Boise State "
10. Virginia Tech "
11. Miami "
12. LSU "
13. Michigan "
14. Florida State "
15. California "
16. Tennessee "
17. Texas Tech #16 in basketball
18. Ohio State Not in top 25 in basketball
19. Arizona State "
20. Wisconsin "
21. Fresno State "
22. Virginia "
23. Bowling Green "
24. Boston College #24 in basketball
25. Navy Not in top 25 in basketball

Only five of the top 25 in football in the top 25 in basketball and none of those ranked #12 or higher. See my other post for the basketball top 25 and their football ranking.

I guess Louisville and Utah have the best Athletic Departments in the country.

Louisville has the oddest team in basketball. I have seen them get ass-raped several times on TV this year yet they beat other teams soundly
