rows- don't waste your time with bpv. he just throws around lame insults at rivals because he can't talk true football, his football team is mediocre and he desperately wants acceptance from other vn members. the sad thing is his jokes aren't funny or witty, and he isn't seen as more than the resident a-hole bully, even by his own.

Born in Virgina, yes. Raised in Maryville, Tennessee since he was 14, opened the first non-post secondary school in the state, became a congressman from Tennessee, and was eventually elected governor of Tennessee in 1827.

He's Tennessean/Texan as far as I'm concerned.
