I would assume he has moved out at FL when he went in the portal. If he doesn't work a deal soon then school will be starting all around and he may be out on his own. I suppose a school could offer him housing and school expenses this semester, with a NIL deal contingent on gaining another year of eligibility? I would assume Joey is enrolled at UT on a similar plan for now?

I'd say the school was just giving him a stipend for housing anyways, so his name was probably on the contract. And assuming the money he made, he can afford it for a month to find a new home, or I'm sure he will get repaid if he resigns.
