The Gators got put in a Big Orange rear naked choke and tapped out like a b**ch because they knew they were in over their head. In the end, UF got outplayed and outcoached.

In before someone chastises you for using "gay" as a disparaging comment

when UT scored the first 2 TDs, their D quit---they knew that bad offense had no chance to score anymore points.

Gators had no plan for a scenaria like that. Nobody on their side expected dobbs to start throwing bombs accurately and they didn't realize Barnett would lose his mind

Their defense didn't quit they just couldn't get off the field. Their offense ran 17 plays on the first 6 possessions of the second half and our offense kept playing faster and faster and that didn't allow Fla to sub. Nobody could have played well in that heat in that scenario. Frankly the game balls should go to our DL who took over the game and made all the other stuff possible.

I was surprised that they didn't open up in the second half until that last score. They didn't even try.

They didn't quit -reality set in! In the first half Tenessee was not getting dominated by the Fla defense, the receivers were dropping balls that should have been caught. Had the Tn drives been extended by better execution the score could easily have been 21-20 at half or even 14-21.

The Fla defense had not been tested until the Tn game. Their pastry teams are really weak and Ky is a basket case. The Fla players must have believed their hype just as their fans did. The back half of their defense is going to look like an overcooked breakfast before the end of this season.

Second half the Tn defense stepped it up a notch which the Fla offense could not match (9 yards of offense in the 3rd qtr). Meanwhile, the Tn offense began to click (28 points in five minutes). The Fla defense got manhandled in that stretch (I think their DBs were trying to find the Tn receivers 10 minutes after the game was over).

Reality can be harsh but Fla defense is no where near "nation's number one".

It's been a long time on the hill since a team coming off a 9 point win against Ohio and when they leave the field at half time are getting booed by the home crowd and yet they come out so hard in the 2nd half that during the post game press conference they say "we made them quit" " we stole their soul"

Swag.

Team 120 is special and despite what you think of Butch Jones and his game day coaching he has built this team brick by brick and loaded it with character.
