Florida or Alabama?

Which is more important?

If you lose to florida but win salami convincingly at the most difficult point of your season you have a chance to take it all and blame florida on "the curse." If you beat florida you make a bunch of 20 somethings happy but lose to salami you are going NOWHERE.

Even if by some luck you make it to ATL. nobody will believe you can do it and even the team will have no confidence they can do it, and if you lose twice you are a dud, even if you win ATL. people will say its a fluke. The season depends on beating salami, and beating them soundly no matter how you slice it. Beat them convincingly and you have a shot at a natty.

Sorry it's no what you want to hear.

hard to get to ATL w/out Beating FL. in terms of winning the East and playing for a conf title....FL is more important.

How come salami gets in with multiple questionable games and loses when they play 4 games a year is beyond me. But that's they way it is. Seems like Michigan should be talked about the playoffs too if they go undefeated. Schedule is a salami schedule. Salami bias will require us to beat salami.

Everyone is saying 11-1 including me. Most are saying that salami is the loss (not me). If true we are dead in the water. It's a concern.

That's a lot of salami.

Michigan, Florida is an embarrassment to the SEC for how they ended the season. SECe champ, getting beat up like they did, show dignity.

11-1 is not dead in water. That will have us in the SEC title game and you win that then a SEC 12-1 champ will be in the playoff. Btw the salami thing is odd but if that's your way of making fun if Bama by all means. :birgits_giggle:

No question it's Florida because it's a divisional game. Take the streak out of the equation. However, I want to beat both of them equally. It's like asking if you want a filet or sirloin steak. Filet is going to taste better but I'll eat either one without issue.

If we win the SEC championship, with losses to both bama and florida in the regular season (although that is highly unlikely), I'm fine with that. The ultimate goal here is championships.
