Requesting the help of HG, TideWarrior, UGA Insider, and LSU-ISU... I'll put in parenthesis what I'm thinking, correct if wrong. I don't follow your recruiting that closely.

Which of our current commits did we beat your teams for? I'm genuinely curious. Please confirm if these guys were "takes" for your teams.

Cody Blanc
Drae Bowles
George Bullock
Kenneth Crawley
Jason Croom (Georgia offered as TE) (LSU?)
Daniel Gray
Khalid Henderson
Alden Hill
Alton Howard (Florida)
Damien Jacobs (Florida)
Otis Jacobs
Justin King
LaTroy Lewis
LaDarrell McNeil (LSU?)
Justin Meredith
Danny O'Brien
Nathan Peterman
Otha Peters
Keithon Redding
Dalton Santos (Alabama)
Trent Taylor
Quenshaun Watson

I know I'm missing some, were any of these four teams after O'Brien, Croom, or McNeil (committable offers)?

Otha Peters was not offered by LSU from what I have heard. Any other year he would have had an offer as a LB. Peters has the potential to be a good player. IMHO

We wanted Croom at TE and obviously he wanted to play WR. I don't think we offered any of the GA kids you have committed and I don't think we went after any of the other players you have committed.

Bowles - Ark, Aub, Miss St.
Crawley- Ark, UGA, USCe
Croom- Ark, Aub, LSU, MSU
Howard- UF, USCe
Jacobs- Ark, UF, Miss St
Mcneil- Ark, LSU
O'Brien- Bama, UF
Peters- Ark, Miss St (LSU has flirted with him but never officially offered)
Santos- Ark, Bama
Meredith- Aub, Miss St, SC
Redding- Bama
King- Ark

Notable SEC teams (not counting KY, Vandy and OM) pursued and offered these recruits, not to mention countless other top programs for many of our commits like USC, OSU, Mich, NC, Texas, and Ok

A lot of guys were offered. Does that automatically qualify as beating them out for a player?

DJ why aren't you adding Auburn to this list? They are a top 6 SEC recruiting team year in and year out. What is the criteria for the 4 you chose?
