Greetings Volnation
I'm a long time lurker and first time poster to this site.
AS expected, most of the poster here, are insightful, intelligent and sometimes entertaining. That being said, I wanted to have a rant on what I saw at the dome last nite 10 rows behind the vol sideline on the 45 and the current "state of the program"
Defense outstanding. This had the most physical defense LSWHos Offense had played all year. Chavis was fired up on the sidelines and so were the players.
When LSU was pinned deep late in the second, the VOLNATION was Incredible and the Dome ROCKING!
The D responded with outstanding intensity.
Offense: EA chokes, plain and simple. Not CPF fault,not DC fault. Goat. Bottom line. Over EA's last 4 years , its seems to me that he tends to lose focus sometimes. This "lapse" ifyou will, didnt start until he got hurt as a freshman during the ND game. He was an outstanding trueFreshman.
State of the Program, I'm excited about the future. Eric Berry has the potential to be one of the greatestVols of all time.
And Finally for all you Haters out there. CPF has brought stability and most importantly,a winning tradition back to the Volnation. I hate to think I'm getting old but i have to believe that the majority of the negavols on here have to be so young that they cant remember what it feels like to lose to the bammers every year and hope for a bowl game.
