Lots of people were saying Pilot, but I stuck with First Horizon (I still call it First Tennessee).

It's a logo that is quickly and easily recognized in the region.
Is clean, simple, and still stands out on the uniform.
Kind of surprised they didn't incorporate the blue background behind the star though.

I agree. Most complaints I've seen on X is just about not having the power T. Basically saying, "theres some things you dont mess with". Yet I'll bet most of these guys would let the power T on the helmet be changed to the male anatomy if it guaranteed a natty. 😂

I kinda hate it, mainly because we now have the stupid sec logo on the neck emblem instead of the power T.

They should have just gotten rid of the power T on the pants or put the advert it on the ends of both shoulder pads.

Tennesse did a good job of negotiating this. The patch is not too much. Im glad we have a great group of leaders on the Hill navigating this.

People who get frustrated about this may have to quit watching college/ semi pro football. There is not putting the toothpaste back into the tube. I'm just glad we are keeping up and not lagging behind. Blessings

Family, this isn't the end!!! The sport "all" will get more and more stickers each year. We aren't getting more than any other big dog programs...It's not a advantage unless we are beating out your $ money schools. We are competing but not getting ahead! Status quo. Nothing changes but more advertising. I think it's sad and can't do a damn thing about it.

honestly sad to me to see people on here defend this as if they’re gonna get a share of the $120 million lol. Like I get that this was inevitable and every team will be doing it, but the rabid defense of everything Danny does is getting absurd.

Well if we need money let's just change the logo on the helmet too. We can put a Bass Pro logo on it instead. Maybe see how much we can sell General Neyland's headstone for.

It’s actually not. We are piecing them out for different sports. OSU’s was $17 million for all sports. We have $12 million for football and Olympic, average $3.4 for basketball, and baseball/softball haven’t been announced yet.

Like, I understand business and advertising, but I don’t really see how this is worth it for them.

First Horizon is in 12 states. Top 5 bank in the southeast.

Power T wasn’t on the uniform in some of Peyton’s years as QB. Maybe his last year. That’s a relatively new addition. Of course, the patch wasn’t either. But if you look at those uniforms, it was just the SEC logo under the collar.
