Firing already impacting recruits

Levenberry has offers from Bama, Fla., Georgia, USC, Fla. St, and about every top program in the country, so he must be pretty good.

UF and Mich wouldn't even take EJ during the summer for some reason...he's not a a 3-4 LB from the mix reviews on different sites.

Levenberry, from what a lot of people have said around here, is overrated. But he really like UT when Sirmon was here. He wasn't Sal's type of LB.

They probably said that because he didn't choose UT. Bring him on!!!

I will add that if he was not Sal's type of LB, this may be the problem in the first place. His defense has not been the type of defense for the Vols IMHO!!!

Henry will be enrolled at Bama before Gruden complete his staff. Gruden will swing some NSD kids but a don't see many EE changes their plans just for Gruden w/o having face time with him.

yea but if Gruden comes, he will be a bigger splash hire than Saban. Recruits will flock to him and his staff, there is no doubting that. Sure EE will not give him the benefit of the doubt, but he will absolutely make a difference.

That's why it was pointless to follow Dools recruiting after UF. The team quit in the second half and the D was awful, so you knew it was going to be a recurring theme throughout the season - and it has. Get the guys that can really play that want to be Vols over any other school regardless of the coach. Then wait until Gruden gets here to grab whoever he wants.

I know people hate Sunseri as a DC but one thing he has proven to do throughout his career is coach and recruit LBs. So there might be a reason he and some other top programs passed on Levenberry.
