I'd like to turn the original premise around backwards for a bit, shift the focus inward toward these boards rather than outward toward the team. Just for a little fun.

So instead of "This season will be successful if ___________________", let's ask: "If this season is successful, ______________________".

Here are a few possibilities:


If this season is successful, ...

...80% of visiting Gator & Bama fans will become scarce around here (as the UGa ones already have). [note: I don't want them to leave, that will be just when we all want them to stick around, hehe]

...the hate on other teams' message boards will amp through the roof.

...scores of VN regulars who spent most of 2014 and 2015 hating on Butch (you know who you are) will quietly attempt to blend in with the crowd.
