10. Derrick Dooley (Tennessee): Dooley carries a lot of negative baggage coming in, none bigger than a 17-20 record at Louisiana Tech. However, he has one major advantage and it should get him through the transition period -- his name is not Lane Kiffin. Dooley should and will be given a pass this season.

At this point hard to argue with that assesment....he could rise drastically in the next 2 seasons.

I like listening to Finebaum. If you get all worked up over what he says about UT, then you have to just chill out and remember where he is and that he's an entertainer speaking to a specific audience.
Plus, his show is a million times more entertaining than the alternative in Knoxville. I'd rather listen to him go on about how great Bama is than listen to John and Jimmy talk about their favorite UT tennis player in history...for an hour at a time.

i was surprised hid didnt rate him last. Just because he knows it will cause more readers.
Guess his relationship with the Mom influenced him

Totally agree! I listen to Finebaum instead of moron talk with John & Jimmy because its more informative. Wilkerson is possibly the most sports ignorant sports personality in the world. He's your typical die-hard baseball junkie, overweight and unathletic.
Throw in Jimmy "tennis-talk" Hyams and you've got one incredibly stupid panel. And their callers emphasize the point. "I love your show and I'll hang up and listen."

I think Roger is the only enjoyable part of that show.

How the hell can Les Miles be rated 6th?? B/C he won a NC with Saban's players? I guess that'll get you one or two spots by default.

IMHO, Mullen will be a top 5, maybe top 3 coach before its all said and done at State. Unfortunately for MSU fans, I don't see him staying there long term, but as the son of two State alums, I hope he stays a long long time...but gets spanked by UT everytime.
