I guess I get why the likes of Stuart Scott and Mike Wilbon are drooling over the Lakers, and I completely get why Magic gets a chair next to them, but could they get less insightful? I mean, its bad enough that EVERY ESPN radio program replays every angle of the night before's game all day, but when these tools get on the air, its nothing short of redundant and meaningless.

It also strikes me how uncomfortable Magic looks at that table. Almost like he is studying where the camera is so he can force a smile at the appropriate time.

Every action is blown out of proportion and every no-call is analyzed to death. It seems like the NBA was making a comeback, but these guys are driving this into the ground faster that Chris Berman drives the All Star game in the dirt.

I cant wait to hear about some obscure player that comes off the bench in the finals, and hear their story of growing up in the ghetto and overcoming all odds. This of course after his 10 pts, 2 assists, and 1 big freethrow performance. It happens every year and I've come to expect it.

Just my rant about ESPN over doing things that dont need over doing.

Your thoughts?
