This has been one crazy year.

1. Don't be ranked #2
2. Weird taste: we get dropped like an a-bomb by our two biggest rivals, but go to Lexington in the driver's seat. Huh?
3. Florida. Had it. Lost it. But, they'll be back, and we all hate Tebow, but how do you not vote him the MVP/Heistman?
4. Strange that I'm both happy that we got the Nerds but dissatisfied that the lucky W might have sealed us into another year or two of mediocrity.
5. What the heck is up with Erik? His stats are padded by the short throws, but he had more than a few BAD misses. . . .again.
6. Guilty pleasure that ND had only one win going into the Navy game. And, that Alabama lost to one of the worst teams in D-1.
7. LOL Bama. Again.
8. Forecasting a win over Kentucky only to get humiliated in the SECCG and lose another bowl game to a team we should beat.
9. No sense of high expectations for '08. Coaching questions, uncertainties in the D-backfield, lines hit-or-miss, and a lack of confidence in our incoming QB(s?).
10. Basketball is upon us! But, dang, if we don't get Lofton's shot back and start hitting the freebies, we may be well disappointed.

I think the DB's are going to be one of our strongest units in the next few years...What uncertainties are you worried about?

Hefney is graduating and I've watched the converts/newbies get burned by inferior competition (see Bama, et al). Berry is a stud, but what else are you not worried about. (Maybe my trip to Tuskaloosa has me jaded).

I mean you have a point...I just feel Vinson, Willingham and Marlalous Johnson (before the injury) are getting the job done...Berry is obviously a stud and theres still guys on the bench that have chances to play some (Art Evans, Wardlow, Rogan, etc.)

Unfortunately, I'm not drinking. The hangover from the humiliation at Cal, UF, and UA just lasts that long.

Well, here's to a good off-season and some killer development before '08.
