It was probably unreasonable to even think that we could beat the Lady Cardinal soccer team on their own pitch, and our girls did indeed come up short. Another poster in a thread said "Stanford is the Alabama football team of soccer. That about covers it. They had an all-star at every position and we were overmatched.

Still, we had a great season and did all that we could. Can't wait for next year.
