We had to cheat to beat Vandy. Everybody watching the game on TV heard that whistle at least three times. I suspect the SEC officials erred on the side of having two more bowl eligible teams.

Maybe it's the play/game that turns things around for this program.

I'll have to be honest and admit that I really didn't think we'd beat Vandy tonight. They came up big....someone pass the salt.

Could have been someone from the sidelines blowing a whistle. Doubtful... but it has happened.

While there may have been a whistle, it's possible it didn't come from the refs and instead came from the stands.

That linesman screwed up in every possibly way. Called it a fumble instead of a pick . . . said his knee was down . . . blew the play dead.

My wife's out of town with the kids, I'm drunk, and I am running around the house screaming like a maniac.

THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THE OTHER WAY AROUND!!!!!

That was the worst "down" call ever. Finally something went Dooley's way. If the SEC overturns that, I will go burn down Slive's office building.

How did they not hear that whistle? The correct play stood, but there was definitely a whistle. Oh well, it ended up being the correct call. I think the offical knew he screwed up and denied blowing the whistle.
