Yeah, that Tennessee defense was a real joke this year.
The discussion of Chavis has, I think, derailed the most frightening point in the article. Fielding a strong defense and playing well means limiting Tebow, Meyer, and Co. to about 4 touchdowns, which isn't really holding them in check at all. Good defensive players running good game plans still give up points in bunches to Florida, wheter they come from Tebow or the track stars or special teams, and it looks like everybody else in the SEC is going to get to see that combination for at least another year.
