We have daddy, Reaves, possibly Orgeron, and I know there are a few more spots to fill.

Our O-line has not been up to SEC standards for years. Please, HIRE SYLVESTER CROOM

Orgeron isn't confirmed. In fact, I think it's probably 50/50 at best. LSU is interested and he's happy in Louisiana - whether that'd be with the Saints or Tigers.

Croom has been in coaching for over 30 years and has only spent one year coaching on the OL, and that was only as a GA.

Would there not be a power struggle with Lane, Monte, O, and Croom? Thats a lot of coaches with head coaching/ high profile experience on one staff.

He's been an Offensive Coordinator and coached running backs. With that expereince, and him having played center, its not much of a stretch for him to coach the O-line.

I'd just like to have him on the staff with his SEC contacts. Have him coach linebackers (done that before), running backs...I don't care.

The only thing that worries me now about the staff is their lack of SEC experience and contacts. O and Croom could solve that.

Reaves is 29...I like him, but I'd like more SEC experience than just him.

Croom was a very highly regarded NFL assistant before he arrived at Mississippi State, and was even considered more than once for NFL head coaching jobs. My guess is that he will go back to the pros. No one is going to hold losing at Mississippi State against him, especially given how tough the SEC is these days.
