Do you have concerns about Nippon buying US Steel? If so, what are they?

Not really from a buyer's perspective. However I would probably be concerned if I was a worker at one of the mills, that Nippon might look at closing unprofitable segments of the US Steel portfolio or moving the manufacturing south. I'm not close enough to it any more to know whether those segments are profitable or not.

Actually googled, and it does appear they are closing a plant in Illinois.
