I'm kinda surprised that somebody, anybody, would say Pals hamburgers are "good". I eat a lot of them, but I don't eat them because they're good. I'm just trying to get my belly full and help out a local institution. To be good, they would need to make their patties twice as thick and some seasoning might help. Obviously grilled onions is full on cheating, but if Culvers can do it, then they win. I make much, much better at home than Pals. Pals is just something to eat when you're hungry.

FWIW, I ask Pal’s to add frenchie fry salt to my burger. Good stuff.

I actually find Pals to be over seasoned a lot of the time. Very salty. And I like salt.

Do not eat McDonald’s like ever but my wife wanted one of the Grinch meal. I got a Big Mac one and I have to admit it was fantastic! Hadn’t had one in a while.

I thought I would be fair to Pals. I went to Pals and got a double patty Jr., with cheese. I figured that would be the juiciest burger they could make. It was pretty good, and they use really fresh ingredients, but as I said, I don't see anybody putting that in a taste test. I enjoyed it though. I usually just get a single patty.

Heard someone on Nashville talk radio who was from California say their organization and service delivery is fantastic, don't worry about long lines. There is one in Madison, TN opening later after the first 3. Now I'm getting very excited.

nashville tv news says 800 people in line at one. Lines move fast.
I don't eat fast food so....

Taco Bell, Arbys, all the fish,
I probably eat 2 hamburgers/yr. Can't remember the last one I got at a fast food joint.
I stop and get a Hardees egg and cheese biscuit 1 or 2 times year. Take 3 bites, and throw the rest away.

Okay, so that's interesting. they have in-n-out ahead of 5 guys. Looking forward to trying that.

P.S. I admit I find it kinda funny that McDonalds big red signs actually say McDonalds Restaurant. (not in the picture they used though). I can't imagine anybody calling McDonalds a restaurant.

Technically it is. Quick Service Restaurant is the industry term.
