Doug Atkins, Albert Haynesworth, Reggie White, Jerod Mayo, Eric Berry, John Henderson, Al Wilson, Justin Harrell, Leonard Little, Parys Haralson, Dwayne Goodrich, Robert Ayres, Eric Westmoreland, Inky Johnson, Justin Battle. Just would want to hear some opinions on some top Vols D standouts and some favorites on and off the field.

Eric Berry would be my favorite but Al Wilson is right there, maybe the most passionate vol Ive ever seen.

I always loved watching Jesse Mahelona get a sack...

Berry, of course, but also Big John Henderson and Al Wilson off the championship team

I was 5 or 6 years old when Leonard Little was at UT. He was my favorite player because he had a de-cleating tackle about every game. Al Wilson isn't far behind.

My personal favorite is Bill Duff. Guy was pure intensity. The one play that sticks out in my mind was when we played Ohio State in the Citrus Bowl and he pancaked Orlando Pace and dropped Eddie George for a loss when they were going for two points.

Ok and out of those that say Reggie White how many actually watched him play at UT.....I wasn't old enough so out of the one's I've seen actually pay I'd say Al Wilson and Eric Berry

It's easily EB for me, but Jerod Mayo had a tackle against I believe Kentucky that dislodged the ball and preserved a victory somehow. He is up there for me.

Al Wilson for greatest ever.

Reggie White meant so much on and off the field and with his prolific pro career.

John Henderson was the most fun to play basketball with.

Raynoch Thompson was scariest in terms of thinking he might get angry off the field and break you.

Leonard Little had to be one of the most enjoyable to watch of all time when he was in his prime.

Sean Ellis....Superstar.

Darwin Walker, smartest use of NFL money in the history of UT athletics, surpassing Heath Shuler's real estate and Haynesworth's boat. He created a large firm that is very successful and hired some very smart people to make money for themselves and for him.

Will Overstreet all heart.

Eric Berry, a true pleasure to watch whose brothers may establish an absolute dynasty.

Dwayne Goodrich and Deon Grant, who unlike Demetrice Morley and Berry actually played together and lived up to their potential to be absolutely sick.
