Call me crazy, but I'm looking forward to these. I like every movie in the franchise besides 2 Fast 2 Furious.

I've never seen past the first one but I saw about 5 minutes of the 5th one (I believe it was the 5th... the one with The Rock in it) the other day and it looked absolutely horrible.

I have only seen parts of the 1st one and the only thing I could think of while watching was just a sick feeling of they are destroying these great cars for this crap!

This is one of the best movie series left so far today. Not because its expertly written (it isn't) or because of its great music score (average at best), but because it knows what it is and doesn't pretend to not be. Fast cars. Good special effects for the scenes. Famous actors to headline and say dumb lines. Hip hop and rock music. Half naked women at some point.

Either you like the bad acting (which we all know is intentional on at least some of the parts, if not all of them) and car races/crashes with outrageous "missions" or you don't.
