My league's draft was tonight. I think I'm okay.

Why do you say that? Alexander is a top flight running back, Bulger is expected to have a big year, Ronnie Brown is in an offense that cannot throw the ball, and my top two receivers are concensus fantasy league starters.

You don't have a single player who will end the season as one of the top 5 scorers at his position, with the possible exception of the Jacksonville defense. Ronnie Brown is well on his way to being on the bench by week 4. Cam Cameron is totally unimpressed with him.

Bulger should be in the top 5, as should S. Alexander. I agree that Brown is on the hot seat, but he's still their best option. And even if he is delegated to second or shared-status, with that pathetic passing game, he's going to get plenty of touches.

You have a good group of recievers and 1 decent QB. The rest is suspect. Your RB's are average at best. Alexander will not do much this year. His best seasons are behind him. Ronnie Brown is not playing up to par. You are in for a long season.

I don't understand how the draft works. I had all those guys and several more in my draft rankings thing. Supposedly an autodraft would grab up guys according to how I ranked them. I ranked about 50 players and only got a couple of them.

I don't know, I was surprised when you said you were not at the draft. I thought your players would have been only selected when the minute and thirty seconds elapsed, but I remember seeing your drafts well before the minute thirty elapsed. So I assumed you were making "live" picks.

was it on yahoo?

i believe once you miss two picks yahoo will autodraft for you before the elapsed time. this way you don't have wait on the poor folks who can't get to the draft.

On NFL.com, if you miss any pick it puts you on auto pilot and when you or anybody else is on autodraft it makes your pick from your or the leagues ranked list in about 1.2 seconds. It's really freaky if two or three guys next to you are all on auto pick cause it will make those picks like bang, bang, bang. Then you have to digest those three picks that are now gone and come up with your next best pick in 1 1/2 minutes.

dood with LT on your team where you up first? my draft is tomorrow night, 12 in our league, this year we are doing it espn it has always been on yahoo, we'll see.
