Need more info about league settings. I would opt for Martin to be honest but that depends on your other WR.

again, depends on size of your league and what round the keeper will occupy

if you look at adp for 8 teams, Martin and CJ are within two spots of each other. Open it up to 14 teams and it widens to five spots. So there are other variables to take into account.

Very strange you would need to declare your keeper before knowing what draft pick you would have. Example - CJ is a great 1st round pick but if you got 1st pick, AP, Foster, or even Rogers would be a better picks. 14th or 16th pick in the 1st round then CJ is a good keeper.
