I was there for that in 2011, unless it's gotten a lot better, don't waste your time.

Lol we were staying in a cabin in Pigeon Forge, so waiting in traffic to get in and out of Gatlinburg on top of the worst firework show I've ever seen....I'd rather had stayed at the cabin and watched it on tv.
