It was posted online by a supposed Bethesda employee who had been fired. It could be bull****, but thus far they've got most of the info correct. Which is impressive, considering it was posted almost a year ago.

That was my thoughts as well. For that edition I can get this game and another new one and I can't see myself using that thing more than a handful of times

I picked up both on Steam for PC. Finished Fallout 1 last night and about 1/4 done with Fallout 2.

Great games, and I encourage anyone who loves Fallout to give them a try.

Fair warning though: You have to be pretty careful when creating your character or the game will be really difficult.

I actually enjoy the harshness of the game, though. Newer RPGs have all but eliminated the satisfaction of entering a cave/dungeon and getting smacked around and having to retreat, only to come back 5 hours later with much better guns/armor and wreck the place.

Bethesda has confirmed that the game will run at 1080p/30fps on both X1 and PS4. That settles it! I'm getting the X1 version. It comes with a free copy of X360 Fallout 3 via backwards compatibility and it will get PC mods first.
