Eyewitness comment on today's practice

Sorry if its already posted...

Read on Scout that one high school coach that was in attendance commented and basically said that Tennessee's practice today was one of the most organized he had ever seen at the college level and had been attending college practices for a long time...basically said there was no wasted time and they were constantly moving from one phase to another...very intense

This staff continues to make me feel good about the future of our program....

Good to hear... and sounds like the opposite of what I remember from when ESPN covered our practice in the fall of 2005. Things have changed.

That's good to hear. Oddly enough I just watched a video on youtube from January and the coaches were talking about that very thing.

I am hearing it was really intense for a first fall practice...CLK wants to go full throttle all the time...I think that risks injuries but it will also have the players better prepared...I guess it is like the saying "The more you risk, the more the reward".

It is a double edged sword for sure!!! That is why depth is so important. Especially if your practicing like CLK does. All out!!
