I'm not one to care or comment on uniforms, but..... If Oregon wears the bright green the only thing that can make it uglier would be to mix it with bright orange. I hope that is the only reason this game is tough to watch.

Haha I hope they don't decide to try some new combo out on us....like yellow pants

Maybe due to the heat they will wear their white tops/white bottoms. Its a pretty tolerable look. Last I heard they had about 80 possible uniform combinations.

Our home jerseys are Orange jersey, white pants with a double orange stripe down the side.

Last season we wore all orange a couple of times didn't we?

Only for Auburn. We wore white/orange away every game except Kentucky where we went back to the all white.

I thought they eased up on those?

Not that I know of. I remember 2 years ago UCLA/USC wanted to wear both home jerseys and the officials charged USC, because they were the away team,(game was played at the Rose Bowl) a time out.

UCLA then took a time out at the begining of the game, just to make it fair.

Not sure what they'd do now. It's more of a sportsmanship deal.

Of course both teams can't wear white. That'd be a disaster.

I think the SEC said it was fine if both schools wanted color-on-color.

We should play the game on Boise State's blue field.

That would be boring...everyone knows about the BSU "Smurf Turf", play on the latest in fashionable field colors:

Could be. SEC gets a little fine crazy if you ask me. I know that it is a $50,000 fine to the school, if the fans rush thier field after a game.

I hate it when fans do that.

My bet is we will see the debut of Oregon's "carbon fiber" patterned lid/white jersey with gray numerals/gray pants/white socks/ white shoes with green trim. The lid was previewed last year but mass production proved difficult and they only provided the helmets to the team in time for fall camp.

I agree with Canard. It's overdue for the carbon fiber helmets. Also, I don't see Oregon wearing anything even remotely throwback and the only yellow pants they have are the throwback ones (now, at least).

Has anybody heard of some of the students starting a facebook group to wear camo to the game?

I would love to see the Bama/UT game with both teams in home jersey's.

As long as they leave in red ones. I could care less what they showed up in.

Who in the hell thinks the Oregon uniforms look good anyway? Are you serious?

No team should have that many choices. Most people will remember the score, not the uniforms!

Let's get back to football.
