Love frog legs, oysters anyway, and gator is ok. Have about 10-15 lbs of venison in freezer. The best venison I had was a whole roast deer just like you do a hog. Same time had a roasted goat which was even better. I've had rabbit, squirrel, grouse, quail, dove, elk, moose, Beefalo, and great groundhog stew. Probably the most exotic has been Escargot', really had to put out of my mind what I was sinking my teeth into. Ok, but so heavy in garlic and spices, not too much snail came through. Probably a good thing!
