How many college football fans do you know that are this excited on January 2, about their school's program?

I'm sure some fans are excited because of their upcoming bowl games, or the one they just played. But that's games.

I'm talking total excitement about your team!!!

I do not ever remember being this excited about the state of Tennessee football!!!!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Vandy fans might have an edge on us.

They'll be talking about this bowl victory of their's for the next 20 years....

We've yet to play a football game with this coaching staff but, Tennessee football is headed in the right direction. I'm exicted about the upcoming season. In 2 to 3 years Tennessee will be back on top.

I can't wait til Monte is in that stadium with the fans for the first time!!!!

Keep those season tickets boys!!!!! They are hot again!!!!

Monte is the freakin man, I dont know if they druged his ass up before they through him up there but for god sake I think he has more excitement than Coach O; which I didn't think was possible.

Not only has CLK begun to put together one of the most impressive staffs anywhere, he is squashing all of the "no experience" talk. He now has 2 coaches with D1 head coaching experience on his staff. I'm just guessing here but I'll go out on a limb that there's not too much Monte hasn't seen. While CLK is new at the HC gig he is surrounding himself with a staff that has been there, done that, and made improvements.
As with the rest of you I am chomping at the bit to get our team on the field next year and reestablish our dominance!!

common sense says I should be down ; not playing in a bowl and suffering through a terrible season but I can't remember being more fired up about my Big Orange I really feel great about the upcoming season and the direction we are headed. I may be a fool but I see big things ahead for the Vols GO BIG ORANGE!!!!

Monte seems like an old school guy. Seems like he would be fun to play for.
