I think with his Dad along with Pete Carrol coupled with his head coaching experience at the Raiders it is unlikely he will fail here. If he does -- then he does.
Its really not the coaching part as much as it is the recruiting part, even Saban recognizes that or he would not have worked as hard as he did to get these top five classes he is getting right? Once the athletes are in place, the coaching all of sudden gets much easier.
Your OP could have been more intelligent, maybe you have spent too much time looking at the back end of the Vulcan Warrior?
